I used to be a little self-conscious about my increasing drinking habit due to the Mets bad fortune and even worse play this season, but today I found a little support. JamesK over at Amazin’ Avenue published a post that was long overdue: the Gary, Keith, and Ron Drinking Game.

Any Mets’ fans who are lucky enough to catch the local SNY broadcasts already know that the three Mets’ commentators make watching this team geometrically more enjoyable. Now, with this game, it finally gives me another enjoyable reason to watching the Mets … and these reasons have been dwindling for about a month now. My personal addition to the list: Whenever Ralph Kiner is in the booth, keep chugging beers until your speech is as slurred as much as his.
